Our coke oven always has tar leaking from the lower part of the coke side oven door. What's going on?
The burner temperature on the coke side is too high； Coal side briquette is too low ； caused.
Flooding tar? Isn’t that because the knife edge is not tightly sealed? ! This is not good. The reason may be that the edge of the knife is broken and the lower part of the furnace door is not tightly sealed. It may also be that the furnace door frame is not cleaned clean and the seal is not tight. The grinding plate or the furnace door frame and the furnace body are loose (insufficient pressure), causing tar to leak from the lower gap (this possibility is unlikely).
