Regarding individuals from organizations that do not possess design qualifications applying for registration in chemical engineering, is it necessary for the same organization to issue a certificate for both the basic and specialized exams? Will issuing a certificate by this institution affect the validity of the exam and grades? Is a certificate from a unit with design qualifications required for professional exams? I hope everyone can offer some advice!
