In urea production, paying attention to yield and consumption is just as important as the system’s process parameters! Without paying attention to the system’s process parameters, it cannot operate safely over a long period of time, making it difficult to ensure production ； For factories of the same scale but different sizes, their process parameters are generally similar; the main process parameters remain essentially the same, while there are certain differences in the secondary process parameters. There are subjective reasons as well as objective reasons.
Low consumption and high output are what enterprises strive for, but process parameters are what operators aim for. Without proper process parameters, it is impossible to produce high-quality products with low energy consumption. The industrial parameters of each set of devices vary, but the deviations are not significant. Everyone’s method of operation also varies.
I believe that maintaining normal process parameters in urea production is a prerequisite for ensuring low consumption, high output, and long-term operation of the system. The reason why the process parameters vary among factories of the same scale and using the same production process is, in my opinion, closely related to the technical upgrades carried out by each facility. Although it is still referred to as the original production method in name, it has actually changed significantly after these upgrades, which is why the process parameters differ as well.
