A question about registration

After obtaining the certification as a registered chemical engineer, can I still apply for other registered certifications? Is it true that, in theory, anyone who meets the eligibility requirements can take the exam, and there is no issue with having several certificates but being able to be affiliated with only one organization? Mainly, I saw a post here last time saying that it seems one exam can be taken, but not others
It is possible to hold several certificates at the same time, but they must be registered with the same organization.
