Recently, when I read the workplace communication section, there were a lot of posts about things like "What should I do?" and "Why is the situation so bad?" I couldn't help but want to ask, "Are you worried?" Today when I was tidying up my room, I accidentally opened a book by Carnegie. There was a chapter in it about combating worry. I was very moved after reading it. I want to share it with you here. I hope it can be helpful to everyone!~~ Whenever we are worried, we can ask ourselves these 5 questions: 1. What is the problem? 2. What is the cause of the problem? 3. What solutions can I find? 4. Which method do I decide to use? 5. When should I start? After answering these questions, the worry will be reduced by at least half. This post was last edited by sytaenf on 2009-2-6 00:00 ]
Everything can be attributed to the evil old society or capitalism. . . .
worried, depressed: Follow the method provided by the original poster - give it a try!
In fact, when dealing with things, consider that all things are not caused by a single reason, whether they have their own reasons, and then deal with it according to the actual situation. Such a principle will make everything much easier to handle
Life is like XX, if you can’t resist, you can only adapt~~:L
There is a lot of pressure on young people nowadays
Everything starts with the desire to live a better life
What does the original poster mean by worry? Does it mean pressure? Haha, everyone has pressure. Only newborn babies can be carefree. Sometimes I really hope that I don’t grow up. There are too many things to consider when you grow up. Go to school, work, get married, have kids: lol. I always feel nervous about something, and when the dust settles on this matter, something new comes up, and I start to worry again. So now I have looked back. Worrying is useless. Everything will come to an end. So when the ship reaches the bridge, it will be straight. Just do it step by step. Thinking too much is harmful to your health. ;P This post was last edited by wuminjuan803 on 2009-2-6 08:48 ]
Keep growing in worry and learn*
In fact, life is like this. Only when we dare to face pressure will we grow and face work and life optimistically.
The time when worry hurts you most is not when you are taking action, but after a day's work. At that time, your imagination will be chaotic, reminding you of all kinds of absurd possibilities, and exaggerating every small mistake. Your mind is like a car without cargo. It rushes around, crashing everything, and even turning itself into pieces. James Muschel
