Why can’t donations be made using mobile phone top-up cards?

I don’t quite understand; I think this way of donating is too troublesome, so I’m asking. I took a look at the donation methods on our website, and they seem a bit limited – it’s only possible to make payments by bank transfer. Since we rely on the post office for these transfers, doesn’t that incur fees? Why doesn’t the site owner provide some more convenient ways to donate? And why can’t charm points be purchased online? Doesn’t this also indirectly increase the channels for donations?
Maybe donating via mobile phone isn’t secure!?
There is no suitable gateway, and even if mobile payment is used, the fees are very high.
