After typing the character using command “A”, it was found that the character was lying horizontally, i.e., at a 90-degree angle. How can I get it to stand up?
The font was selected incorrectly; the font you chose has a @ character in front of the Chinese characters. Select the character that should be displayed correctly, and then choose a font without that @ symbol. This post was last edited by czielcc on 2009-2-6 07:08.]

It should be for the reason mentioned by 2L, not the one mentioned by 4L. I have a question: why does the “A” command in my AutoCAD 2006 be used to draw arcs?

I think so too; if a font with an @ prefix is chosen, the text displayed will be rotated 90° upside down, and changing the font will fix that.
If writing in multiple lines, click [Format] > [Text Style], and in the [Effects] checkbox, uncheck the options next to [Reverse], [Flip], and [Vertical]. If single-line text is used, specify a rotation angle of 0 for the text.
Yes. Just change the font; don’t use those with @ in front of them
