Has communication stopped with all the modules? Is this column of modules a separate column? It’s connected directly from the DP cable behind FM301; does the last module in this row have an FM192-TR? ? If that’s the case, check the connectors of the DP cable, as well as the resistance of FM192-TR……(to ensure that the terminal matchers are working properly). Also, examine the connections between various modules……Since they are arranged from top to bottom, it’s possible that over time the connections may become loose, or there might be poor contacts at the four-pin connections. Additionally, check the wiring terminals numbered 37–40 on the base – these are the DP communication terminals on the module base, not the four-pin connections! Connecting signal lines can also affect the network’s topology, resulting in communication failures among all modules. Additionally, it’s necessary to check the grounding resistance; poor grounding can easily interfere with signals. All types of grounding – shielding ground, protective ground, etc. – need to be checked! Rule out interference issues, device-related problems, and wiring problems~~ The cause of the problem should be identified during this process of elimination!
If it is a single module, it is possible that the module’s performance is poor and needs to be replaced. It’s a single row now; the wiring needs to be checked.
