Hello everyone, because the equipment needs to be equipped with exhaust gas utilization, it needs a heat exchanger, but the boss requires it to be processed in the factory, but we have no experience and information in this area. Please give me some advice from experts. If anyone has design calculation tools in this area, please provide it. Thank you!
It would be best if you sort out your questions and post them here so that others can give you some suggestions.
Can be designed with SW6 container design software, relevant design standards: GB150 (steel pressure vessel), GB151 (shell and tube heat exchanger) and other related GB, HG or JB standards.
In detail, material properties, flow rate, pressure, heat exchange temperature, corrosion, etc. must all be considered.
From a safety perspective, you must check whether your boss's factory has design and manufacturing qualifications. Do not design and manufacture things that may create potential hazards for future operations and production.
Agree with the 5th floor’s point of view, safety comes first, and if you don’t have the qualifications, you won’t be able to pass the pot inspection office.
What type of equipment is it? How much investment do you have for this heat exchanger? What are the qualification requirements for design and manufacturing? How can you find a unit with design capabilities that you have a cooperative relationship with to give you a drawing, and then follow it soon?
