Is VMGSIM version V4.0 much more powerful than version 3.0?

Seeking expert advice: Is VMGSIM version 4.0 much more powerful than version 3.0? Is the advantage of 4.0 significant for material calculations in the urea process?
There has been no upgrade, but there have been significant improvements as described in the Windows 98 blog; however, there is still much that needs to be improved. I wonder who has used version 4.0? I guess VMG will be upgraded soon as well
In mid-October 2008, VMGSim officially released version 4.0, which primarily enhanced the thermodynamic database – the number of pure components reached 20,000, while the number of binary interaction parameters exceeded 100,000 pairs.
