Hardware alarm issue in ICS Triplex T8100 Trusted system

These past couple of days, one of the three HEALTHY lights on the AI card T8431 has turned red; it returns to normal after being reset, but this problem keeps recurring. Has anyone used this system? If the HEALTHY indicator light on the AI card is on in an abnormal state, it indicates a problem with the AI card itself; check whether there is a short circuit in the input circuit of the AI card, or whether alternating current is leaking into the card and causing damage to certain channels. 1. Check the power supply for the AI. 2. Check whether there are any abnormalities in the inputs of all AI channels. 3. Contact the system supplier
Check the instructions, and take a look at the AI configuration as well
It’s probably pointless to reply now; diagnostic software can easily determine where the problem lies! As for the ability to reset, it’s because diagnosis takes time; during that period, the fault light can be reset, but the fault isn’t eliminated, which is why the alarm appears again!
