1. As the title suggests, I’m wondering if anyone has any solutions for this? 2. What are the hazards of a single belt in operation?
1: Check the elasticity of the brake return spring. 2: Reduce the weight of the clutch throwout. 3: Check the lubrication and clearance of the clutch bearings. 4: Tripping has little to do with the belt. 5: Check the condition of the main bearings. 6: Manually turn the engine to see if it moves smoothly
Service the ionizer; do not operate it while it is faulty.
The belt doesn’t seem to have much to do with tripping, right? Is it the starting mechanism that’s problematic – is the starting load too heavy, resulting in high starting current?
Check the equipment to see if there are any problems with it. The maximum pulling force that the belt can withstand is calculated based on the number of strands. The belt type is selected based on the pulley
1. Please send the belt at the same time and give it a try when starting up. 2. Distribute the liquid material evenly. Or try reducing the amount of liquid feed. 3. Check whether there are any problems with the motor, such as a decreased motor resistance. 4. Drag the frequency changer over. 5. Try increasing the setting of the thermal relay. Or there is a problem with the thermal relay.
A single belt will not be able to drive it, or it will trip during startup as well.
If the motor has sufficient power and there are no issues with the mechanical parts of the equipment, then attention should be paid particularly to the centrifugal starting mechanism
