I downloaded the chemical engineering-related materials; the third package failed to download and couldn’t be extracted. I’ve also run out of money, ugh!
Where did you download the file from? You should copy its address so that the administrator can help you figure out how to critique it.
Yes, list the download address and send a private message to the forum owner as well as the moderators of that section; they will get in touch to provide the missing information. If it’s not possible to obtain that information, the moderators of our section will compensate you.
Regarding the issue of failed downloads, I remember that some forums used to allow this: if a download failed, users could attempt to download it again within 24 hours or a certain period of time without it deducting any points from their account. Wouldn’t that be better? Some forums do implement this, so it should be possible from a technical standpoint.
