Here is a fool-proof process for replacing the slide valve O-ring in our company to share with others.: 1. Cut off the power supply and close the intake check valve and exhaust check valve ; 2. Use a fluorine pump to pump the pressure from the machine head into the condenser (you can turn off the pressure of the oil pump system: Oil pump inlet valve-----oil pump outlet valve-------return valve-------machine head fuel injection valve) ; During the pressure relief process, ensure that there is flowing cooling water in the cooler of the fluorine pump. ; 3. After releasing the pressure to zero, remove the indicator plate in the energy adjustment mechanism. ; 4. Use an M12 Allen wrench to remove the bolts on the machine cover and use a jackscrew to open the machine cover. ; 5. Remove the circlip on the energy adjustment lever and take off the machine cover (note that the oil pan is used under the machine cover to catch the remaining oil in the machine head) ; 6. Use compressed air to push the slide valve to the outermost position. At this time, the energy indication position should be 100%. Use six hexagonal wrenches to remove the O-type gland bolts of the slide valve. ; 7. Take out the O-ring of the slide valve and replace it with a new O-ring (use a nylon rod to install the O-ring in place) ; 8. When assembling, assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. ; 9.
