If our plant plans to install a 350,000-ton catalytic cracking unit, can a flue gas extractor be used? If a flue gas extractor along with three rotary evaporators (multi-tube type) is installed in such a 350,000-ton/year catalytic cracking unit, what would the investment cost be approximately?
1. It can be connected to a smoke extractor, and in the long term, it offers significant energy-saving benefits. . . 2. Based on current steel prices, for a catalytic system worth 350,000 yuan, drawings and equipment worth 500,000 yuan are generally used; these drawings are widely circulated among practitioners and all originate from the designs developed by Luoyang Institute. . . Hahaha. . . The investment amount for the main entity is roughly around 88 million yuan; if it is a sole proprietorship, the amount will be **less than this. . . 3. For new construction of utility facilities, if the investment is handled in a somewhat proper manner, it’s entirely feasible to complete the project with an investment of less than 100 million. . . If only some gas and finished product tank areas, as well as some heavy oil feedstock tank areas, are added. . . Add a few more air compressors and several cooling water towers. . . At least 50 million yuan is required. . . In total, 150 million needs to be set aside for fixed assets. As for working capital, it is sufficient to have enough funds for wax oil raw materials for 10 days, as well as enough liquefied gas for use in dryers and for raising temperatures, plus a small amount of gasoline and diesel for starting up the operations. . . :lol
350,000 tons is a bit too little; it might not be worth it. . .
Generally, cigarette making machines become economical only at a scale of over 500,000 tons.
It’s optional, but since equipment is cheap now, it’s still worthwhile to get it.
