When foreign vehicles enter the chemical plant area, flame arresters must be installed. Are these flame arresters provided by the vehicles themselves or by the factory? Is this task handled by the Safety and Environment Department or by the Security Department (responsible for gatekeepers and security personnel)?
It is provided by the company; of course, if the vehicle is brought by the client, we also accept that； Management is under the responsibility of the security department.
Our company’s policy is as follows: For vehicles that enter the factory temporarily (such as those used for deliveries), the company provides them; however, for vehicles that need to enter and exit frequently on a long-term basis, the drivers are required to provide their own vehicles. It is still safer to use those provided by the factory, as those brought in by oneself may not have been regularly calibrated, and there could be defective flame arresters.
