I want to turn it into scorching residues, but I don’t know how to do it or where I can do it. Could you please advise? Where in Hangzhou can this be done? Or which company can do it? The related costs will definitely be paid.
You can look up books and materials on the identification and analysis of organic compounds, or directly search for and download the national standard analysis methods for similar substances that you want to analyze; you can also conduct the analysis by yourself. If you really need to spend money on someone to help with the analysis, the Analysis and Testing Center of Zhejiang University is the top choice.
Scorching residues? Generally, it isn’t necessary to use anything complicated; a muffle furnace, a few crucibles, a balance, a desiccator, along with some silica gel, should be sufficient. 1. Heat the crucible in a muffle furnace until it reaches a constant weight; weigh it and record the value as m1. 2. Place the same substance in the crucible and weigh it to obtain m2; then heat it over an electric furnace at a low temperature until all organic substances have evaporated. 3. Transfer it back to the muffle furnace and gradually raise the temperature to 800 degrees Celsius, maintaining this temperature for 10 minutes. 4. Take it out and place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature; then weigh it to obtain M3. The value of the burned residue is calculated as: (M3 – m1) * 100 / (m2 – m1). I’m not sure if this is clear enough
