What do you think about using saturated steam to heat the high-pressure temperature control water via a jacket, instead of superheated steam? This post was last edited by 1025199692 on 2009-3-15 19:50]
What does it mean to express? Does a high-profile water jacket use medium-pressure saturated steam? ?
On the first floor, does the original poster want to ask why jacket heating is used for high-temperature water, and why saturated steam is used for heating? If that is the case: First, the contact area of the jacket is relatively large; using half-pipe heating will not yield good results, and it will not be possible to reach the temperature required for raising the water temperature significantly. II. Saturation steam is used primarily because its latent heat is higher than that of superheated steam. Additionally, the temperature of the high-temperature water during driving is above 125 degrees Celsius, so it is heated with 0.8 MPa steam. This post was last edited by lxq700918 on 2009-2-7 21:01.]
Saturated steam has more latent heat than superheated steam. Moreover, medium-pressure steam is established earlier and remains more stable during operation; if a high-pressure scrubber is to be heated, a higher temperature can be used. The jacket heating method provides a better heating effect than ordinary methods, as it offers a larger heating surface – typically, high-pressure water systems use jackets with a diameter of 10 meters.
Dude, the use of a high-temperature water jacket for heating is mainly intended to raise the temperature of the high-temperature water before starting up or when the production load is low; it’s not meant for \"hot-washing the high-pressure washer.\" Discuss with the neighbors on the 4th floor. :handshake
Do you use 0.8MPA steam to heat-clean the high-pressure ammonium hydroxide scrubber? How long does a typical thermal wash take to resolve crystal blockage issues? This post was last edited by lxq700918 on 2009-4-25 11:47.]
What is your production capacity? What is the flow rate of the high-pressure temperature control water? How many sections are there in the 10M jacket?
The production capacity is 2,300 t/h, with a high water flow rate of around 400 m3/h. As far as I know, it should have two stages (not confirmed). This post was last edited by lxq700918 on 2009-4-25 11:52.]
