I would like to ask a senior: For the rich gas compressed by a catalytic liquefaction centrifuge, which components can cause corrosion to the cooler? What harmful substances are generated when the washing water mixes with this rich gas? Overall, are these components acidic or alkaline?
It’s mainly S and Cl ions. It depends on the concentrations of S and Cl ions in the feedstock for catalytic cracking.
Mainly hydrogen sulfide, thiols, etc. It remains acidic after mixing.
