The ultimate vacuum achieved by the steam jet pump does not meet the requirements

We have two identical five-stage jet pumps that share the same atmospheric condenser as well as the first and second stage jet pumps. The required vacuum level is 20 PA; when they operate simultaneously, one of the pumps can achieve the specified vacuum level, while the other reaches 100 PA at the fourth stage of operation, and it still only reaches 100 PA even when using the fifth stage. The insulation of the pump bodies and the working steam for the two sets of jet pumps are the same; what could be the reason for this?
Check whether the nozzle of the problem jet pump is installed properly and whether there is any blockage. Whether there is air leakage in the parallel pumps. Check whether the intake and exhaust lines are blocked or leaking. Is the rear air defense line clear after the final extraction? I suggest you provide the process.
