I modified the range of one of the flow meters and found that the sum of the five flow meters is different from the total flow value. How should I deal with it.

If the poster changes one of the flow ranges, can he change the sum of the five ranges? It seems that the data variable for the sum of the five ranges should be defined separately in the custom variable. For this kind of variable that is the sum of several ranges, it should be reprogrammed in the algorithm, not just changing one of the ranges in the configuration. Give it another try.
I don’t know whether the cumulative summation is numerical summation or signal summation. I feel that if it is just a weighted summation of 5 signals (0-100%), then you need to modify the weight you multiplied before the flow meter signal summation according to your range. Most accumulator inputs are preceded by a coefficient.
