The diesel used in my unit is straight diesel 2.5: It is made from a mixture of diesel fuel 1. The unstable components in the diesel fuel are removed from the diesel fuel discharge device through alkali washing and then washed with water. Due to the high acidity, part of the straight diesel fuel also enters this device and is alkaline washed at the same time as the diesel fuel. It used to be fine, but from the end of December to now, flocs have appeared floating in the diesel fuel. The flocs are insoluble in water. After being washed with water, they appear at the oil-water separation interface. Please advise.
