If you are in charge of the safety management department, what questions would you ask when hiring new employees? How to answer in a way that is satisfying? I hope experienced colleagues can share their insights; thank you.
First, I definitely want to ask you about your understanding of safety management； Second, I will ask you some basic professional safety knowledge ； Third, your current views on security management ； Fourth, certain special issues, such as conflicts at work. That alone is enough to show your work attitude and style!
1. Understanding of the company’s safety culture: Do you approve of it? 2. Experience in safety work – are the basic knowledge of safety work mastered? 3. Handling capacity in emergency situations ； 4. Ability to get along with colleagues ； 5. An individual’s work attitude. The first three are professional knowledge, while the last two are basic work attitudes. :lol :victory:
