During the heating up of the coke oven, at what temperature does resistance wall baking begin? What is the appropriate temperature at which it can be stopped? Please share your opinions.
Generally, odd numbers are used for ignition on the side of the furnace where the heat is applied, while even numbers are used for that side. It takes about a week to reach a temperature of 70 to 80 degrees for the wall protection measure. After that, the entire furnace is ignited; ignition is stopped once the entire furnace reaches 800 degrees, before switching to internal heating
At what temperature can heating of the retaining wall be stopped?
Before turning on the internal heating (which is set at 800 degrees), our company controls it in this way; in my personal opinion, it should be between 750 and 800 degrees
