Injection needle cleaning

The injection needle must be cleaned after each injection; should methanol, ethanol, or propane be used as the cleaning agent? The substances we measured are all volatile low-carbon amines. After cleaning, how many times should the sample be cleaned with the substance being tested before the next injection? Thank you! I’m a newbie; please forgive me.
Generally, cleaning is necessary after sampling; it’s best to use your own solvent to do this, as it helps prevent cross-contamination between different solvents. 5–8 washes are a good number of times to perform this cleaning process – just my personal opinion
Methanol is better; clean more than 3 times
