Our company produces polysilicon, and we are currently using Honeywell’s systems. I wonder which company is generally used in this industry? Thank you
It doesn’t matter; it’s mainly a problem related to the habits of the equipment manufacturers.
Honeywell TPS performs well, but many new polysilicon projects in China use PKS. Additionally, Siemens PCS7 also has many applications. As for PCS7 itself, its use in the chemical industry is limited; however, the most popular method for polysilicon production at present is the \"Siemens improved method\". It represents a significant contribution to the global polysilicon industry by another Siemens group. Therefore, it has an inherent advantage in terms of name. Most of the polysilicon in Europe uses Siemens systems, with ABB systems as well. In contrast, there are fewer applications of Siemens products in China. However, at Shaanxi Xianyang Chemical, Siemens won a bid at a low price for polysilicon. PCS7 + Safety: the low prices have driven away both Honeywell and Yokogawa.
I’d like to learn more about this as well; I hope those who know about it can provide some information
Many domestic polysilicon producers also use PCS 7; Chongqing Daquan uses Siemens
I only know of Honeywell and Siemens; I’m not sure if there are other manufacturers. Do any domestic brands have experience in this area?
The greatest advantage of choosing SIEMENS is that it offers a complete solution encompassing the entire process! Of course, the prerequisite is that it be carried out by Siemens’ engineering department; if it’s done by a design institute in China, the results will be significantly inferior!
