Some lubrication equipment adopts a centralized filling method. The movable joints of the nose and tail elevators of the submarine are outside the warehouse. When the submarine is launched into the water, grease cannot be added to these parts. Therefore, grease is regularly and quantitatively supplied from the warehouse through pipes to these parts for lubrication. In industry, centralized grease filling is more common, such as conveyor roller bearings in steel plants. Because the rollers are arranged over a long distance and in large quantities, centralized grease filling is more convenient. Centralized filling and lubrication requires a long pipeline. In order to facilitate filling and avoid excessive pump pressure, the consistency of grease is generally No. 1-0. It is best to use grease with No. 0 consistency.
