The company is planning to build new chemical production facilities, and a wastewater treatment plant is required as part of this setup. I would like to ask: what are the qualification requirements for the companies responsible for the design and construction of the wastewater treatment plant (excluding civil engineering work), and what are the requirements regarding the design drawings? Is it necessary to have the design stamp from a formal architectural design firm?
