My personal experience is that process technicians need to intervene. Many laboratory analysis procedures are outdated and need to be readjusted by process technicians to eliminate systematic errors.
Initial sampling analysis is similar to online analysis, but online initial accuracy is not as good as sampling. The key is to resume testing methods that are reasonable and accurate and meet your needs, and to strengthen the theoretical and practical capabilities of analytical testers, so as to achieve good results.
I think it's not necessarily that the procedures are out of date, but that the analysts didn't strictly follow the precautions in the procedures, which led to increased errors.

Don't blame the analysts blindly. Many times the problem lies in the design. Most domestic process designers do not pay attention to gas mixing, resulting in uneven gas mixing. ; At the same time, the representativeness of the sampling is not considered when setting the sampling points, resulting in incredible analysis results. For example, I once found that a sulfur acid-making unit was operating at full capacity, but the SO2 concentration measured by the analyst at one section of the inlet was sometimes only about 7% (design ~11%), and sometimes as high as 12%. This was obviously impossible, and it was later discovered that the gas was unevenly mixed.
