The project is now in the design phase, and we are recruiting technical engineers; we plan to hire team leaders and chief operators this year.
Xineng Phoenix (Tengzhou) Energy Co., Ltd. began operations in May this year and is currently hiring.

I was not aware that there is a shift supervisor for a single production section; in our unit, the shift supervisor holds overall control over production, possesses the ability to manage multiple production sections and operate independently, and has absolute authority in the event of an emergency. In the second half of the year, our company will recruit personnel at the position of shift supervisor and above to build a methanol plant with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
