Suggestion: Is it possible to create a dedicated area for chemical research and development?

I have taken a look at the setup of the industry technology exchange sections, and I can see several such areas such as the Polymer and Materials Technology Exchange Area, the Pharmaceutical Industry Technology Exchange Area, the Bioenergy Technology Exchange Area, the Chemical Analysis Technology Exchange Area, and the Fine Chemicals Technology Exchange Area. Since my field of work is in the chemical industry, my job after graduation has involved research and development, production, process design (also known as pilot testing or industrial-scale production), and management; I am therefore quite familiar with the processes in this industry. These processes involve product development and formulation, and it can be said that both product development and formulation are of utmost importance. However, the existing sub-sections within the industry exchange area hardly cover any information related to research and development or formulation. Could it be possible to add one or two new sections, namely a Chemicals Research and Development Technology Exchange Area and a Pharmaceutical Formulation Technology Exchange Area?
