The chart should indicate the lubrication points and locations, oil products, filling cycles, and the parts that the operators and lubrication workers are responsible for. 4.4 The lubrication chart can be drawn according to the specifications of the equipment manual of each model. After the blueprint is printed, it can be pasted on the obvious place of the equipment, or a nameplate made of aluminum plate can be bound on the obvious place of the equipment. 5. Management of lubricating grease 5.1 Each workshop should have dedicated or part-time personnel responsible for the unified management of lubricating grease and do a good job in receiving and distributing it. 5.2 Lubricating greases should be classified and marked with clear signs by brand, placed reasonably, and confusion of grease brands and categories should be strictly controlled. 5.3 Ensure the quality of lubricating grease and prevent water, dust, iron filings and other impurities from seeping into it. 5.4 The recycled waste lubricating grease should be properly handled and stored to prevent it from being mixed with qualified lubricating grease and recycled later. 5.5 Any change in equipment to change the lubricant grade should be submitted to the Equipment Department by the workshop lubrication technician.
