The first-level maintenance equipment for piston air compressors is run for 500 hours to perform first-level maintenance. Operators are the main ones, and maintenance workers cooperate. The electrical installation is neat, clean and firm. Check and tighten the zero connection device. Secondary maintenance equipment runs for 3,000 hours to perform secondary maintenance, which is mainly performed by maintenance workers and operated by operators. In addition to performing the content and requirements of first-level maintenance, the following tasks should be done, and wearing parts should be mapped and spare parts proposed.
