Work experience requirement for registered chemical engineers

The requirements for the registration exam for chemical engineering professionals specify that candidates with a master’s degree must have 3 years of work experience. If I graduated with my master’s degree in July 2008 and started working thereafter, can I apply for the professional exam in September 2011 (assuming that I have already passed the basic exams during those 3 years)? Is the work experience calculated from the date I started working until the application deadline, or until the day of the exam?

It seems the deadline is at the end of the year in which one applies. I have a similar question: I graduated from undergraduate studies in 2006, so it’s only been 3.5 years until the end of this year. I’m not sure whether I’m eligible to take the professional exam. The application requirements state that at least 4 years must have passed since graduating from an undergraduate program in the same field; it would be disappointing if I weren’t allowed to apply
It is possible to take the exam; the length of service is calculated from the date of graduation. Bring your graduation certificate and degree certificate when registering; a three-year subscription is sufficient
I graduated with a master’s degree in March 2007. Can I register for this year’s professional examination?
I have the same problem as the original poster, so I just called the Provincial Personnel Examination Center (Sichuan Province) to ask, and it was confirmed that registration is possible. I graduated with a master’s degree in July 2006, passed the basic exam in 2008, and if I apply for the specialized exam in May 2009, I will be able to do so.
Can’t you take the exam to specialize in a field until 5 years later for a master’s degree? How is 3 years enough?
