After being coated with Teflon, it possesses the following properties: 1. Non-stickness: Almost no substance sticks to the Teflon coating. Very thin films also exhibit excellent non-adhesion properties. 2. Heat resistance: The Teflon coating possesses excellent heat and low-temperature resistance properties. It can withstand high temperatures of up to 300°C for a short period of time; it can generally be used continuously at temperatures between 240°C and 260°C. It possesses significant thermal stability – it remains intact at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle, and it does not melt at high temperatures. 3. Slippage: Teflon coatings have a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes as the load slides, but its value remains between 0.05 and 0.15. 4. Moisture resistance: The surface of the Teflon coating does not absorb water or oils, and it is also resistant to solutions during manufacturing processes. If a small amount of dirt adheres to it, it can be removed simply by wiping. Short downtime saves labor hours and improves work efficiency. 5. Wear resistance: It exhibits excellent wear resistance under high loads. Under certain loads, it offers the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion. 6.
