I was wondering if anyone has any techniques for dealing with diesel alkali sludge? I produce around 2,000 tons per year here; if you’re interested, just let me know. It contains about 30% oil.

Yes, your alkali slag has too high an oil content. The oil content in the alkali slag here is practically zero. If oil gets mixed in accidentally during the compression process, it needs to be sent back into the reaction tank for further precipitation before being placed back in the alkali slag container.
