The Shanghai Xinhua XDPS 6.0 system experienced the following malfunction around 12 o’clock last night: the temperatures displayed by all the measurement points on one RTD terminal board increased significantly. After checking the historical trends, the displayed temperature of the terminal cabinet was about 20 degrees lower; it has now increased by 10 degrees ; The displayed values for other temperatures, which were in the range of seventy to eighty degrees, have increased by 20 degrees. Please help analyze the possible causes of this issue.
First, determine whether it is a component issue; this can be done by applying a specific resistance value using a standard resistor box.
It seems like there might be a problem with the card
What could be the reasons for the above issues with the card? Please help analyze it.
It could be a problem with the card itself; what’s even more important to consider is whether there’s an issue with the grounding of your system~~
According to the poster’s description, the temperatures displayed at all measurement points on one RTD terminal board have increased overall; since every point’s temperature has risen, it is very likely that there is a fault with the card. If conditions permit, the poster can try replacing it with a spare card.
It has been replaced with a spare board, and the temperature display is normal. I don’t know what the problem is.
