Is there a requirement for the carbon difference between the regenerating agent and the regenerating agent in the coaxial single-stage countercurrent regeneration of the catalytic cracking unit? What is the normal range? What's the difference between everyone's charcoal?
The carbon difference is the difference in carbon content between the unspent catalyst and the regenerated catalyst at the outlet of the settler stripping section. Generally, the carbon content of the to-be-generated catalyst is between 1.0--1.3%, and the carbon content of the regenerated catalyst is between 0.05--0.15%, so the carbon difference is about 0.95--1.15%.
Our burning is okay, the carbon difference is about 1.2%.
There are regulations on the carbon content of regeneration, but there are no regulations on the carbon difference. Just regenerate it. Our regeneration carbon content here is 0.03%.
Regardless of whether it is coaxial or high-low regeneration, the carbon difference is not the purpose of control. The carbon fixation of the regenerant is the main thing. If the carbon content of the regeneration agent is too high, it means that the stripping effect is not good, and part of the strippable carbon is brought into the regenerator. Generally, the carbon difference is around 1-1.2%.
