LNG gasification station construction technical plan 1. Design content and scope The design scope of this LNG gasification station includes process design such as LNG unloading, storage and pressurization, gasification and heating, BOG treatment, safety discharge, pressure regulation, metering and odorization. The design of civil engineering, fire protection, electrical, automatic control and other specialties is also included in the design scope. The conceptual diagram of the gasification station design is shown below: 2. Design scale Qh=2000Nm3/h, storage capacity: 1 50m3 cryogenic storage tank. 3. Main equipment 1. Unloading equipment The unloading supercharger is a 300Nm3/h horizontal air-temperature supercharger. 2. Storage equipment The storage equipment is a 50m3 LNG low-temperature horizontal storage tank. In order to ensure the stability of gas supply, there is also a 50m3 buffer tank with a working pressure of 0.3Mpa. 3. Gasification equipment The main gasification equipment of this system is an air-temperature vaporizer with a gasification capacity of 2000Nm3/h. 4. Storage tank self-pressurizing equipment The storage tank self-pressurizing equipment of this system is an air-temperature vaporizer, each with a vaporization capacity of 300Nm3/h. 5. The BOG vaporizer of the BOG treatment equipment gasification station adopts an air-temperature vaporizer with a designed flow rate of 200Nm3/h. 6. The natural gas gasified by the pressure regulating equipment enters the pipeline after pressure regulation. The pressure regulation adopts a one-way and one-bypass type. The maximum flow rate is 2000Nm3/h. 7. Measuring equipment: The gasification station uses a turbine flowmeter with temperature and pressure compensation, local display and remote signal functions. The pipeline system is equipped with a bypass to ensure that gas supply can continue when the flowmeter is repaired. 8. The odorizing equipment adopts a fixed frequency odorizing machine. 9. Pipeline and valve equipment The low-temperature part of this plan uses stainless steel pipes and LNG low-temperature valves. The material should be 0Gr18Ni9. The valve sealing material should be polytetrafluoroethylene. The LNG liquid pipeline must be foamed with polyethylene to keep it cold. 4. Brief description of the process flow LNG is stored in tank containers and transported to the LNG gasification station by road. At the unloading platform, the container storage tank is pressurized through a horizontal special unloading supercharger installed on the unloading platform, and the pressure difference is used to send the LNG to a 50m3 low-temperature LNG tank for storage. Under non-working conditions, the temperature of LNG storage in the storage tank is -162°C and the pressure is normal pressure. ; Under working conditions, the supercharger supercharges the LNG in the storage tank. The supercharged low-temperature LNG enters the main air-temperature gasifier, exchanges heat with air and is converted into gaseous NG and the temperature is raised. The outlet temperature is 10°C lower than the ambient temperature. Finally, it is sent to the gas pipeline network after pressure regulation, metering, and odorization.
