How can moderators who are prohibited from giving scores or deducting points across different forums, and who also serve as technical experts in other forums, participate in management?

Currently, the forum prohibits moderators from giving ratings across different forums, and there is some logic to this rule for now. The problem is that many moderators also serve as technical experts in other forums; for example, I am a moderator of the Craft forum and at the same time a technical expert in the Foreign Languages forum. Regarding posts in the Foreign Languages forum, as a technical expert, I can only participate by posting or replying to messages. Does this go against the original intention behind having technical experts in the forum? Or have I misunderstood? Is the purpose of assigning technical experts mainly to liven up the atmosphere in that forum, by posting topic threads and replies, as well as uploading some materials? I wonder what the forum thinks about this; how do the moderators deal with such situations, and what should we do? Please discuss and offer some guidance.
Hehe, moderator chinazwr – logically, you should have quite a lot of power when it comes to giving ratings. With all those titles, crossing regions shouldn’t be a problem, so why were you banned as well?
That’s right, isn’t chinazwr an ultra-version assistant? Don’t the privileges of a super editor assistant differ from those of a super editor? Logically, you have quite a few titles: moderator, super moderator assistant, technical expert… So why can’t you move between different forums?
