Our factory’s coal storage area is relatively small, resulting in severe coal mixing. When multiple suppliers’ coal needs to be unloaded at one storage location, it’s manageable when the quality of the coal is consistent; but when the quality varies, things get chaotic and it becomes difficult to ensure good quality. Strengthen on-site management of coal yards and vehicle scheduling； If possible, appropriately expand the coal yard.
To improve the management of the coal storage area, it is necessary to have dedicated staff assigned to each storage site; each pile of coal should be labeled. If possible, the storage area should be expanded, just as was done upstairs. Our factory’s initial coal storage capacity was 300,000 tons per year for coke production, but now it is 1.2 million tons. It’s necessary to expand the storage area further; otherwise, there won’t even be enough space to unload the trucks
