How to convert PDF files into Word documents

How can PDF files be converted into standard Word documents, in a text format that can be edited? There are many available online, but none of them work well. I’d first like to ask some experts for their advice! ! Thank you!
It seems quite difficult; if there are images in it, it’s hard to convert it to WORD format. Opening some PDF files in CAJ mode allows copying, so the content can be directly pasted into WORD

You can use the virtual printer built into Word for conversion. The steps are as follows: 1. Open the file in PDF format, select File --> Print, choose the Office virtual printer as the printer option, then print and save. 2. After saving, an Office image document will be created; go to Tools and select Send to Word Document, then save it. 3. This method can convert only 60–80% of the text; images cannot be converted, and the remaining 20–40% must be entered manually. 4. Images should be copied using other tools, such as Windows’ built-in Paint program. 5. If the PDF is encrypted, it cannot be converted
Regarding the conversion between PDF and DOC formats, most people have encountered this issue and hope to find a solution to it. Currently, converting from DOC format to PDF format is already quite mature. As mentioned above, it can be achieved very well by using virtual printing. However, when converting from PDF to DOC format, there are two cases. One type is a PDF document, which is created using text-based tools; such documents can be converted with appropriate software.
