Our company’s coking plant is planning to install an automatic roof covering machine; I wonder what the results will be? What are the safety precautions?
To prevent misalignment and accidental activation – the top cover of the coking tower has been opened! ! ! The consequences could be unimaginable! ! !
There are both usage instructions and commissioning procedures established by the design institute. . . Just do as the commoner instructs. . . Just don’t use it randomly or carelessly. . . Hahaha. . . It’s terrible if the lid is opened when it shouldn’t be, right? . . . :lol
To prevent misalignment, never release the locks without using a chain lock; a chain lock provides an additional layer of security.
Sinopec and Luoyang Institute have developed a draft interlock specification for the coke tower top cover; in addition to interlocking with the top temperature and requiring confirmation from the DCS operator, it also includes interlocks related to the bottom cover, oil and gas valves, as well as the pressure in the coke tower – making it quite complex.
