On Lishan Road, across from Carrefour.
It depends on what the poster is asking for. In my opinion, it’s okay; for newly hired undergraduates, around 2,000 should suffice, while for postgraduates, around 3,000 would be appropriate.
What level can one achieve in the Civil Engineering Department after three years of work? Are there any large projects with civil buildings?
The salary for postgraduate students is 1,500, accommodation is provided, and lunch is covered
Is there a bonus for the first year upstairs? I heard that it’s just the salary for the first year. Is there plenty of room for career development in civil engineering?
It must be a pretty good design firm! Pay attention!
The salary for newly recruited undergraduates is around 2,000 yuan, while that for postgraduates is around 3,000 yuan.
I heard that it was acquired by a large petrochemical company, and the benefits are pretty good.
Is anyone working inside on the 10th floor?
In the first year, it’s 1,000 yuan per month, plus a subsidy of 500 yuan, and this is only provided for one year; after that it’s no longer available. There is no bonus in the first year, but accommodation is arranged, allowing free housing for three years, though the conditions aren’t very good. There’s also a meal subsidy of 8 yuan per day, but the food is very poor quality. There was also basically no bonus in the second year, as the bonus for the first year was given in the second year; during the first year, one was just learning*, with hardly any bonus at all. Bonuses are only started to be paid in the third year. There aren’t many projects, and if the targets set for each year aren’t met, a penalty is imposed; however, these targets are generally achieved.
As a supplementary note, what was mentioned above refers to the benefits for master’s degree holders.
Are they working in there upstairs? What will be the average annual salary after three years? It was way too little in the previous two years.
It seems that now one only needs to be a graduate student, :)
Does anyone know the specific details inside? I’ll invite him to KFC at the Carrefour on the other side then. :lol
Does anyone who is in the know want to share their opinions?
In the first year of the master’s program, one receives less than 2,000
Thank you all for the active discussions. It seems that things are generally okay at the beginning; what are the prospects for development in the future?
It was integrated into CNOOC Engineering in 2008 – weren’t the salary standards unified?
Working in design becomes more valuable as you get older; if the salary isn’t too low at the beginning, go for it
