What is the methanol consumption of the low-temperature methanol wash unit in the Ruchi process? Our factory consumes about 2 tons per 24 hours.
On the first floor, what is your production scale, and which company’s technology do you use? Even in a plant with a capacity of 450,000 t/a, the daily consumption of methanol will not exceed 1.5 tons.
1,200 tons per day, Lurgi process
I wonder if the operation is stable, and what are the composition and flow rate of the process gases?
