The oil slurry tank is generally not dehydrated, and the condensed water in the purge line will evaporate in the oil slurry tank and be discharged from the top of the oil slurry tank.
In order to improve the light recovery of the device, the density of the externally thrown oil slurry is generally controlled to be greater than 1.0. The water content of the oil slurry appears as stratification in the oil slurry tank, making it difficult to achieve heating, sedimentation and dehydration like other philatelic products. Our treatment method is to reverse the vehicle and send it to the oil unloading platform after discovering water content, cut off the open water, and then mix and refining.
The density of our oil slurry is around 1.1. After catalytic dumping, the delivery temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees. Sometimes water is accidentally filled out when the liquid level in the tank is low, causing trouble. 80 degrees is not enough to evaporate all the water. If it is forced to evaporate, a large amount of steam will be wasted, and the odor caused will be fined by the Environmental Protection Department. If water is filled out, it will also cause a loading accident. I would like to ask for a safe solution.
Oil slurry generally does not contain water. . . Did the water-containing oil slurry leak into the tank coil or was it brought in by the device? Please find out why and avoid it. . . To dehydrate the oil slurry, use the method of heating a large tank and slowly heat it to about 90-100°C, or increase the delivery temperature of the oil slurry to about 110°C and slowly evaporate through the vent holes on the top of the large tank. . . The oil slurry does not contain water, but after pouring the oil slurry and steam purging the pipeline, a small amount of condensed water will often remain in the tank. After a long time, water will accumulate. If the temperature of the oil slurry is increased, the steam consumption will increase and the operating cost will increase.
