In the sulfur recovery unit, within the solvent regeneration unit, the rich liquid enters the flash tank via a filter. This filter is equipped with an automatic filter control system provided by Nantong Langao Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. Since this filter is being used for the first time, I have many questions and would like to ask everyone for advice! 1. There are two filters, connected in parallel; one is a fully automatic filter and the other is a conventional one. May I ask if a fully automatic filter is used continuously, with a regular filter being employed only during the maintenance of the fully automatic filter? 2. Is the backwashing process of the fully automatic filter carried out online? These are the questions for now; I hope experts can answer them!
The filtration systems produced by my company are capable of online regeneration; however, they need to be cleaned offline after a certain period of time. I’m not sure about those in Nantong. Are the filtration elements you use made of metal sintering? My QQ is 470505919. Feel free to contact me if you need anything.
Fully automatic filter control systems generally employ online backwashing. If not, then it needs to be connected in parallel. So I really don’t understand what the original poster is talking about. With a regular filter, you definitely need to replace the filter element, so why go for a fully automatic one?
