When recommending topics, it’s better to choose fewer but better ones

Recently, I have often noticed that some colleagues, in an attempt to increase the so-called \"number of management actions,\" frequently set some meaningless topics as \"recommended topics\" to boost this count. In my opinion, such behavior is utterly pointless and silly. Here, to put my thoughts into words: in one sentence, it’s better to choose fewer topics rather than having too many! Right or wrong, for reference only!
This is when it comes to assessing a person’s management skills – whether they have the ability to determine what kind of posts should be recommended and how they should be recommended; this is something that everyone can discern. Besides, the forum doesn’t yet have any reasonable criteria for recommendations, so it depends on the recommenders themselves to make judgments
Requirements for recommended topics: 1. The topic should have a certain technical aspect to it. 2. It should be controversial to some extent. 3.
