How to use the fill command in Lisp?

For example, if I have information about two objects, a circle and a rectangle, and I want to fill the area where they intersect with a pattern, how can I do this using Lisp? Why does my CAD keep giving an error message saying that user-defined Lisp functions cannot be transparent? I don’t understand what this means Thank you.
