Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice approving the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises\" as a standard, with the code number GB50160-2008; it came into effect on July 1, 2009. Among them, clauses 4.1.6, 4.1.8, 4.1.9, 4.2.12, 4.4.6, 5.1.3, 5.2.1, 5.2.7, 5.2.16, 5.2.18(2, 3, 5), 5.3.3(1, 2), 5.3.4, 5.5.1, 5.5.2, 5.5.12, 5.5.13, 5.5.14, 5.5.17, 5.5.21(1, 2), 5.6.1, 6.2.6, 6.2.8, 6.3.2(1, 2, 4, 5), 6.3.3, 6.4.1(2, 3), 6.4.2(6), 6.4.3(1, 2), 6.4.4(1), 6.5.1(2), 6.6.3, 6.6.5, 7.1.4, 7.2.2, 7.2.16, 7.3.3, 8.3.1, 8.3.8, 8.4.5(1), 8.7.2(1, 2), 8.10.1, 8.10.4(1, 2, 3), 8.12.1, 8.12.2(1), 9.1.4, 9.2.3(1), and 9.3.1 are mandatory provisions that must be strictly enforced. The original \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises\" GB50160-92 (1999 edition) is also repealed.
